Let's face it - relationships can be hard. Trust me, I know.
For the past 20 years, I've been married to someone who has been actively serving in the military. Between multiple deployments, long-distant moves, and extended trainings, I learned very quickly that a solid relationship needs a sturdy foundation. But that doesn't mean it's been easy. I know firsthand what attachment injuries can do to a person and relationship, but I also know how to help repair and heal those injuries. Having lived experience helps me relate and understand each couple's unique relationship challenges.
When I'm not working with couples, I love spending time in nature. I find so much comfort and peace when I'm surrounded by mountains, trees, or water. After spending the past 3 years in Idaho, I really reconnected with nature. Whether weekend hiking locally in the Sawtooth Mountains, or a getaway trip to Wyoming's Grand Teton and Yellowstone parks, it's safe to say that nature is my therapy.
